Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Mike Ivy developed a passion for music at an early age, which was cultivated by mix shows he would catch on the radio. His passion would soon turn into pure obsession as he began to perfect what would be known as his sound: A unique blend of driving rhythms, & pulsing basslines. Mike Ivy has spun for crowds at some of New York City’s most memorable night spots including Club Exit, Spirit, Crobar NY and the NYC nightlife staple, Limelight. The buzz that soon followed awarded him with gigs at some of the most popular clubs around like, Pacha NY, Cielo NY, Marquee NY, and LeSouk, where he enjoys monthly residencies.

Top global DJs from around the world such as Roger Sanchez, DJ Chuckie, Umek, Mark Knight, Fedde Le Grand, Carl Cox, Kaskade, and many more, are supporters of his remix and production work, playing his tracks at clubs, festivals, radio shows as well as charting his hits on many music charts from around the world. In addition, his music is currently signed with some of the best labels from all around the globe like Toolroom Records, Strictly Rhythm, Hotfingers Records, Younan Music, Skint Records just to name a few.
